The strictly controlled distributor network was hugely successful because we assured high-quality service and workshops teaching chromatography technology with the very best educators around the globe.

Evolution of Avantor-Hichrom Brand
Hichcrom was founded in 1978 and owned by two founders and some key employees. 2017 Avantor acquired Hichrom. The brand Avantor-Hichrom was created. Hichrom focussed on professionally packing Columns for partner manufacturer including their own Hichrom HPLC Columns. They set up a global network of distributors and made sure that the distributors were educated and had a sound product knowledge to provide sound technical service to their pharmaceutical clients. Indeed Hichrom grew quickly to worlds most proficient column packer company. They gained an unrivalled reputation for excellent quality, competitively priced products, reliable and fast delivery. Furthermore, they developed and manufactured speciality phases to advance the Industry.
After the turn of the century, many chromatography companies decided to consolidate their product range and to sell out to Hichrom.
