Description:

High pressure, low pulsation high quality double head piston pumps with reciprocal piston movement. For use in HPLC, MPLC, SFE and constant flow applications. Pump heads are available in SS 1.4571, PEEK or Titanium. Spring supported PTFE piston seal. Pressure control via pressure sensor, digitally indicated in bar. As safety precaution pressure can be controlled within a low and max range.
Flow rate is controlled through control of motor speed. The pump can be controlled externally analogue or digitally through RS 232

Description

They are high quality pumps with a floating piston design

Floating piston design guarantees long working life of the high pressure seal. Electronic damper control will effectively control flow pulsation to guarantee lowest baseline noise. A selective automated mechanism can clean the piston plunger and the backside of the high pressure seal to prevent crystallisation of high salt concentration buffer that can reduce lifespan of high pressure sealing ring. The multicast traffic calibration curve will guarantee a flow rate precision throughout the full range.  OpenSource computer software enable external control of the pump through a PC. The pump is equipped with a large LCD display. There are ten programming possibilities for the user to program flow rate and gradient programming
